Graduation is suppose to be a time of happiness at the completion of school... But I feel so sad. Everyone parting into their own lives, where we make something out of ourselves. I know we must all move on but why does it have to be so hard? This picture was of my high school graduation.. It doesn't seem THAT long ago...

Today I received my nursing badge. It proudly declares my future, as a nurse.. People's lives will be in my hands, but I am safe knowing that my life is in God's hands.. So they must be in good hands right? :D

Life goes on, I can be rest assure that God goes with me and new things that have opened up in my life show God's provision and love for me. He believes in me as I believe in Him.. Thank You, Lord... :D

I am half way to the US! YAY!! I can't wait to go home.. I want to work and stuff.. I miss home, I miss people that love me the way I am.. I feel loved in US, in Philippines, but in Australia, by only a few... Just my really good friend which I dont have to struggle to keep friendship.. I have few but wonderful friends... at least 6 or 7 of them.. I am so blessed to have them...

I miss my brothers and my family, my sisters and such.. Even my rebellious adopted brother who got a girl pregnant. Who steals and is careless with life..

Lord, help me. I am so mixed with feelings..

I am sooooo tired... I have just had 3 days of study and I know its not a lot but I think I am POOPED! hahahahaha... so anyways, I am studying but now, actually I am blogging because I realized that I haent been blogging since a long time ago and I should right?? sigh... I love cows... did I mention? Wel, I know I am blogging to the dark because I am sure that no one actually reads the crap I write.. Well not all of it is but.. Sometimes I just want to write.. even when there is no reason... This time I have a reason, called "procrastination" hahaha... Anyways I better get back to my sad studies... :D Hope the dark is doing well... :D I sure do miss my family and the Philippines... I miss balut and the people that shout "TAHO!!" in the early morning, and me rushing out to get some... hahaha... sigh.. the good ole days... And the days when I wanna bake banana cake early at midnight, I can because the supermarkets in the US open 24 hours! Unlike Perth, Australia, where shops ALL close at 7 the latest.. 95% close at 5pm... SIGH! Anyways, I will go home soon... My time here has be very rewarding.. I think that I have made a lot of friends and found my love in God and the love that God has for me...

The assignment almost every Semester 2 nursing student is dying in... It isn't as hard as it is in reality but it is much harder when you are in uni getting it marked by someone whose knowledge goes way beyond your own. I actually really like doing things related to my course and in future we will be doing these type of plans for client/patients...

ANYWAYS, so today was a good day. I was happy, lively, and best of all, I got to hang around the people I care about in Australia. I feel so happy because of God that I DANCED in the street in BROAD DAYLIGHT! Now that I think about it, I am like, "Oh my..." But I couldn't help it, I just couldn't... BUT I don't regret it... I thought it was so great. I felt so energetic and it was like God was laughing with me and smiling at me, shaking His head side to side going, "....what a wacky kid....". :D I am wacky and lovin' it because I do things that I never thought I would do because of how much I feel inside of me. He is just so amazing, I can't contain it! :D

With exams just around the corner, everything just got a little harder...

I am trying to not forget God during this time of studying.. But it just seems so easy to do... I am trying not to... I am so far from home and from the people I love but somehow, God manages to comfort me and keep me loved. :D It's sweet...

The days are getting colder and colder here in Australia and it seems that when the sun shines, a whole different world appears, one with happiness and carefree-ness! :D Study, study, study (it is a work of faith- says Daryl) I never thought of it that way until he spoke of it... We also must ask God for what we want, like what He said that we must TELL the mountain to move... It's the act of speaking/asking the Lord, to help you like a child asks of their father. But he also spoke of a time to rest as well, when the Spirit tells you to rest, rest.

Pulse is one of the blessed happenings in my life. It not only brings inspiration to others and to those who are not saved, but it brings inspiration and encouragement into my life. Thank You Lord for PULSE! I had heard many good talks and all were so amazingly powerful and the question asked were the stop-and-think-hard ones... I got stumped at the first question asked, "Why do you believe in Jesus?".

I may not know a great amount of scripture, but i do know that I believe in Jesus through everything around me, in the way I feel Him, the way He speaks to me, the way He brings peace that I cannot understand how I can be so peaceful (when I was injured I thought I was near death, yet no panic came over me), the way I am made happy (the unexplained happiness), the way He uses experiences and little things to make me smile, it's all in the way He loves me, that makes me love Him and know he is there.

Though I know, VERY little or maybe none read my posts up here :D , I'd like to say that God has been the highlight of my life. And He can be yours if you'll let Him. God does mysterious things that we, as humans, cannot fully understand.. He just wants you to trust in him and let Him do his thing...:D

Well, now things are kinda different, I miss my mom more bacoz she ISN'T here!!! :( I still love life, except for its occasional moments where it drives me up the wall.. :D But who doesn't have those moments, huh? So, I have a new job, not many know about, its being a carer in a Nursing home, Agmaroy to be sure... I love it! Even though it is a VERY DIRTY job, I love it becoz of the residents/patients. Anyways, just wanted to say, "I'M back!!! " :D Cheer for me! hahahaha....?????????

In the Changi Airport

I am sooooooo sleepy... Oh my, I need sleep. I am now in the Singapore Changi airport with 4 more hours to wait before my plane arrives. arrr... What am I suppose to do? It is 2:37am now and my plane is 6:00am check -in at 3am. Are they kidding?

So I am here, bored stiff and really sleepy. What to do?

I am SO happy though because God has been so faithful to my mother and I and I just wanted to express that out loud. It feels good to give the glory to whom it rightfully belongs to..

So, I am heading to the US to meet my wonderfully rest-of-my-family... :D I really miss them a lot and love them a lot too!! :D

Public speaking.... ARRRGH! Anyways, I had to talk about how religion impacts health and let me tell you... I had it all in my head but the moment I stood up there, I drew a blank... CRAP!! HONESTLY, I really was like, "Um and uh..." It sucked coz I was soooo CHOPPY with my sentences and stuff but thankfully, the teacher said my research was really good and I PASSED! YAY!

Wanna hear some of it? Well, here it goes... Now i gotta relive this moment.. :D

There are 4 religions I'd like to talk about:

Judaism, Islam, the Jehovah witnesses, and Christianity.

For the Jews, They do not believe in life support machinery because it interferes with the 'will of God' and believe that person should not live if they cannot live independently.

The Islamic believe in Mohammed and Allah. They believe in female circumcision that could be potientally dangerous to their body. They believe it to be a source of pride and belonging..

The Jehovah witnesses refuse blood transfusions or blood product because they believe that it is sinful and can cause eternal seperation from Jehovah. They refuse it even to the point of death.

Christianity has been researched and studied to show that Christians spend time in the hospital, are healthier, recover faster, have fewer heart attacks and can handle circumstances in more positive ways.

This was just a brief outline of what I spoke on... Pretty wicked huh? BUT I PASSED! :D

Have you ever worried about something that was all in your head and turned out to be nothing? Well, that's what happened to me. I was all caught up over something and I was worried to the point where I had to rant to my roomie (temporary) all the time about all my worries and why this is happening to me...

I bet she was so annoyed to the point where she could've jumped out the window and end up in a better place than she is now...

Well, my paranoia actually did more to me than just frustration, it made me like someone I never thought I would..

Constant thinking and thinking and worrying and worrying.. I wondered about all the different things that has happened and I read the things that he does.. and its all in my head, according to my roomie... I think... NO!! I shouldnt!! I tell u, if my brain was a muscle, I'd be so BUFF right now...

I am still happy in the Lord... hahaha.. I mean what can I do, honestly? the answer is "nothing"... But He can do all...

What matters is the 'here' and 'now' and what's important RIGHT NOW...

Whatever happens, happens... I am just a girl with a BIG GOD!

~~It was yesterday that I recalled the memories of the previous year... Becoz Mom has been gone since July 13th and (I still don't know when she is coming home) I started reminiscing.. I know I am suppose to be independent but I just miss having family around, running around the house acting crazy... I miss having my brothers sitting on the couch playing PS3 or XBOX with me squished with them... Mom would be in the kitchen either lovingly and lavishingly cooking up a storm (delicious btw) or sitting with us probably on the floor (her fave spot) and beg us to stop playing games and make us watch a DVD instead (probably another chick flick) which isn't all that bad...

I thank God for friends that are like my home away from home.. But I miss family for the reason that they are there (in the same city at least) all the time.. Since I have grown up with them, they know me like the features of their face (at least my mom does) and tolerate me and my behavior... haha.. I miss the fact that they are there to make you a nice noodle soup (ramen) with an egg and spam when you are lazy or sick or just plain tired, watch movies, have walks downtown where we gaze at the pretty christmas lights on the city streets or just talk and share dumb ideas that'll make us laugh over a cup of hot chocolate... But just being with one another was enough for us... One thing I love about family is the unconditional love that they share and the moments that we make together..

BUT...
-----You know I never ever get emotional on songs but this one hit me hard and I couldn't help it...
And it made me remember who I had and who I still have in me...

And I am more than grateful, God... Truely... I thank You for my life and for everything in it...

HAS'NT STOPPED RAINING FOR DAYS!!! MY WORLD IS A FLOOD... SLOWLY I BECOME ONE WITH THE MUD... BUT IF I CAN'T SWIM AFTER FORTY DAYS AND MIND IS CRUSHED BY THE CRASHING WAVES, LIFT ME UP SO HIGH THAT CANNOT FALL, LIFT ME UP!!

-------- Well, today I was one with nature.. It all started with a lil exercise.. I was cooling when it started drizzling.. Then, it started pouring.. I was like, ahhh!! NOO!! (running for cover)

Then I thought, "what the heck..." So, I twirled a couple times taking in the aesthetic feeling of the rain and found myself lying on an empty bench soaking up heaven's wonders.. It was so exhilarating.. I felt free and happy, like nothing mattered (amazing how rain has that kind of effect on a person when drenched in it).

It was cold with the wind blowing but I didn't feel it.. I was wet but it didn't matter.. I was happy.. I still am.. :D

Ahhhh... But it ain't all bad... At least I will get to surf sometime, in the shark infested water.. NICE! :P

Well, today was a drag... I have been sleeping later and later.. (SIGH) And I almost fell asleep in class.. haha..

Then, I got a cup of tea from a vending machine.. Which was pretty coOl since I always get UNHEALTHY, fake cappacino from it.. Well, to make a long story short, the tea didn't have any sugar and it was weird.. haha

I am starting to appreciate sadness.. Like sad movies, sad songs, so on and so forth... I will never LOVE it but I do appreciate it..

I start to feel God more in my life since my camp but I lack time to communicate with Him, which saddens Him.. But since today is a Friday, I will have plenty of time to make up... yay!!

Homework, homework and more homework.. Tests, tests and more tests... WHEN WILL IT END?!

Patience. I know, patience..

Anyways, I am gonna apply for a student permit to work and I checked out this one place (nursing home) in Wilson (its a suburb) not that far from my place.. And I am considering.. Although it is a kitchen job (not the same as Brittany Park) I am still quite excited to be helping the elderly again..

Just keep praying for me and I know reading blogs are tedious... hehe.. So next time.. I'll cut it short...
